Tasks and duties:
1- Develop a work plan on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the work team in all project sectors in cooperation with the project sector team leaders, and provide the necessary guidance and advice.
2- Coordination with local councils and signing memoranda of understanding for the project.
3- Ensure that the project plans are consistent with the implementation and report any defect if it occurs
5- Coordination with the supporting departments inside, such as the monitoring, logistical, procurement and other teams.
6- Submitting a monthly report on the overall achievement and the challenge in the areas of intervention and challenges.
7- Prepare a weekly plan and share it with the Program Manager.
8- Assisting in locating and locating beneficiaries upon request.
9- Managing the team in the field.
10- To work extra hours and some weekends as dictated by the requirements of the line project.
11- To prepare and check the quality and accuracy of all documents submitted by field staff (beneficiary lists, reports, analysis, forms, etc.).
12- Time management: It is through managing the operations related to the completion of the project within a specific time, by defining and following up the activities and estimating their resources and the time required for their implementation, and also includes developing and controlling the schedule.
13- Managing the scope of work: The scope of work is determined by defining the works that will be included in the project, and other works that will not be part of the project.
14- Integration management: This is done by defining, defining, compiling and coordinating the various management processes and activities of the project within the project management process group.
15 – Coordination with the management of Dan organization and donors and submitting the required reports.
16- Providing training to work teams when needed.
17- Attending meetings and training and preparing to travel within north-eastern Syria, and if necessary, cross the border.
18- Determine a team leader from the most experienced employees in the event of his absence or travel and inform the project management.
19- Ensure that information is collected, documented and archived for the activities of the project sectors.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
University degree in management, engineering, or related fields.
Very good computer knowledge (Office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point)
Previous experience with international or local NGOs.
· Communication, management and team leadership skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to build capacity for the team.
English language (will be considered an added advantage).
